Thomas Craig Mills Sr., 76, of Port Huron, died Friday, April 28, 2017.

He was born October 8, 1940 in Detroit to the late Wendell and Athaleah Mills. He married Andrea Culver on December 22, 1963 in Williamsburg, Massachusetts.

Mr. Mills received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Westminster Choir College. He was a Financial Aid Advisor at Mott Community College for 20 years and served as choir director at First Presbyterian Church for 25 years. He enjoyed duck hunting, tennis, golf, fishing and gardening.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Andrea; three children, Craig Mills (Nancy Willerton), Meredith Mills and Corey Mills; six grandchildren, Leandre Mills, Wendell Everts, Parke Mills, Hazel Mills, Zeb Mills and Zadie Mills; a brother, Wendell (Gloria) Mills; a sister-in-law, Julie Mills; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Mills; and a sister, Bonnie Johnson.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2017 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2017 in First Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Jason Pittman will officiate.
