Pauline A. Baker, 94, of Kimball Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 15, 2016

She was born May 21, 1922 in Port Hope to the late Edward and Anna Radatz. She married Gaylord A. Baker on April 18, 1942 and he passed on July 28, 1985.

Pauline and Gaylord were married in Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Port Huron, and she remained a faithful follower of the church her entire life. She was active in the Altar Guild, Concordia Club, Mission Guild and several other social and dinner functions within the church. Pauline was treasurer of the Marysville American Legion Hall Euchre Club and euchre was her game. She retired from the St. Clair Rubber Company (Marysville) after 27 years of employment. She was a Past Worthy Matron of Mt. Vernon Chapter #461 O.E.S. She enjoyed her family when they spent time together at her cabin in Northern Michigan.

Pauline is survived by two sons, Terry G. Baker of Marysville and Herman H. Radatz Jr. of Kenosha, Wisconsin; daughter-in-law, Bonnie L. Baker of Samaria; grandchildren, Edward C. (Erica) Baker of Herndon, Virginia, Kathy C. Loxton of Kimball, Cheryl L. (Allen) McDonald of Fargo, Kimberly (Chris) Fargo of Toledo, and Michelle (Brent) Turvey of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; 13 great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Leon J. Baker; brothers, Leo Radatz, Theodore Radatz and Herman "Herm" Radatz; daughter-in-law, Bobbie M. Baker; and grandson-in-law, Donald Loxton.

Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Friday in the Marysville Funeral Home. An Eastern Star memorial service will be held at 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Rev. Donald Doerzbacher will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
