Jean Arlene Teeple, 78, of Fort Gratiot, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 after a long, full life.

She was born March 7, 1939 in Port Huron to the late Florence and John Russel Warner. She married Gary Teeple on August 1, 1959 in Port Huron. He died July 27, 2015.

Mrs. Teeple worked as a medical transcriptionist for several area medical practices, including Dr. Ruthven. She was a lifetime member and longtime pianist at Northgate Bible Church, served on the church board and enjoyed the First Fridays group. She loved knitting, crocheting and baking.

She is survived by five children, Jill Divins, Rebecca (William) Sterosky, Timothy Teeple, Stephen (Trish) Teeple and Kevin (Jessica) Teeple; 14 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and her church family and Crafty Ladies crafting club. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald (Delores) Warner.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2018 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. next Saturday, January 20, 2018 in Northgate Bible Church with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Pastor Kirk Slowinski and Pastor David Caswell will officiate.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot.
