My family loved having Oreadus come to dinner and visit with us. She was a wonderful woman and she will be great missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

Dear Thomas Family,

So sorry to hear about your beloved mother, Susie's death. She was a great friend to my mother, Mae Leathorn. I will never forget her caring and loving spirit. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Praying for you during this difficult time. May you feel Gods presence as you grieve.

Love and prayers,

My sisters and I were fortunate enough to have Grandma Thomas look after us when we were very young. Although we were of no relation, for my sisters and I, we always felt as though we had three sets of grandparents and to all of us she will always and forever be Grandma Thomas. I have many fond memories of the times we spend being in her care.

Mom, just to be able to talk to you one more time. You were so full of wisdom. You had the Bible memorized. You had a gentle way about you. You loved to read your Bible and the daily bread book, to do gardening, watch the birds while you sat looking out your kitchen window, over the years you canned everything you grew in your garden, and you knew how to cook. You shared your recipe of how to make fool proof gravy with your son-in-law, Mark Haeger. Until we meet again, Mom, and love you forever.

A living example of Jesus to our whole family. The last few days I have felt like a little girl again. There wasn't any end to all the things you would do for me growing up, Grandma. Special treats, one more swing on the porch, one more walk around the garden, endless games of "marbles", and boy could you draw a bird. When we think of other people, we usually can find a flaw, but Grandma I just can't seem
